WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are shipped from our Fulfilment Centre located in New Delhi.
WHY IS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED AFTER IT IS CONFIRMED?
Due to logistic issues out of our control, there may occasionally be a delay in shipping your order. Do not worry as we are only looking to fulfil all orders that are confirmed.
CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
All orders once confirmed with an Order Number cannot be cancelled. We will look to
fulfil this order at the earliest. However, you can modify the order for size or product provided the order is in the ‘Unfulfilled’ status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an
email to connect@liberate-lifestyle.com immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Amendments in delivery address can be modified provided the order is in the “Unfulfilled” status. Once the AWB is printed for an order, the changes cannot be modified. To do so, simply drop an email to liberate-lifestyle.com immediately with your order number and the changes to be made and the team will happily assist you.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay for your order through the following payment methods: UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Amex and COD.
I WON’T BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We would advise having your order delivered to an address with someone there to accept it. If there is no one at the address to accept the order, our couriers will re-attempt the delivery 2 more times until the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). To avoid an RTO, please make sure to inform us about the same at connect@liberate lifestyle.com so that we can hold our shipment until you are available at the location.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT DO I DO?
Kindly drop in an email at connect@iberate-lifestyle.com with the order number, unboxing video and pictures of proof on the defects within 24 hours. Once confirmed, our team will shoot an email back to you mentioning that your product will be recalled to the warehouse and will ship a fresh piece back to you.

Return Notification
If you wish to return a product, you must drop us an email
at connect@liberate-lifestyle.com within 24 hours of product delivery stating
the issue with images and videos.
Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original
packaging with all tags intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.
If upon receipt of your order, you find the product to be
damaged in transit please drop us a line at connect@liberate-lifestyle.com We would be happy to provide a refund or
exchange only for damaged products. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original
condition.
Exclusions
Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable
and non-returnable/exchangeable . In case of a fit issue we can alter the size for the same style. All orders placed during sale will be delivered in 7-10
working days. We do not accept any return, exchange or size alterations on
discounted/sale orders.

Shipping Charges
The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by
the customer.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery back to us.

If the product meets our return conditions, we will process
your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be made in the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be
returned in an unused condition as Liberate holds the right to not accept
returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. Refund amount will not include shipping charges.

My amount got deducted while placing an order and the order did not get place either, what should I do?
The amount deducted will be reflected back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, Right now we are not charging for shipping fees. Our shipping is free and we are also giving 5% discount on prepaid orders. Though for returned items the customer has to bear the shipping charges.
How do I use a coupon code?
To use a coupon code, please follow these steps while placing your order:

What if a product is out of stock?
